BAD SERVICE

Good day Cell C management. I have purchased one of your cellphones (Samsung Galaxy A24) and received it without any adapter. I am currently not using the phone because there is no way I can recharge it. There was no disclosure at the beginning of the purchase.. If the lady by the name of Siphosethu ***) disclosed I wouldn't have purchased it. I mean for example ,can one buy a brand new car without a battery? I am definitely very upset
