BAD SERVICE!!!!!

Im due for an uograde at cell c. I was contacted by a lady called Mfondo where se explained to me what deals are available. I asked her to email me the deals and that she has done. I ordered a black Samsung A5 and a white one was delivered so I did not sign for it. Someone from Cell c made contact with me a few days later and asked why I returned the phone. I explained it was the wrong colour and the lady told me the that she is sorry but what they deliver is what I get....shocked! <br> <br> I emailed Magmoed Isaacs, the team leader for Mfondo and he phoned me to say that he will do his best to get me the black Samsung A5. I asked him to come back to me but needless to aay he did not!! <br> <br> 3 Weeks ago a lady with the name Chan? phoned me from the same office/department as Magmoed Isaacs. She said that she got the black Samsung A5 for me and it will be delivered within 3 working days. To date I have not recieved any delivery and have not heard one word from either of the above mentioned people. I emailed Magmoed Isaacs but no reply!!!!!!<br> <br> Unprofessional<br> Dont care<br> <br> <br> BAD SERVICE!!!<br> <br> No wonder cell c clients make banners regarding their bad service for South Africa to take note!
