Bad service

Cell c handed me over to attorneys i asked the attorney why so they handed me back to cell c. Been trying to pay an long time cancelled contract since 2018 noone can give me a breakdown of what I owe just an amount and every time i call its more. Give me a breakdown or a statement or something then il pay asap until then attorneys have nothing on me to keep my account with them 3rd attorney sending it back to cell c to give q statement first. I cannot call cell c via 084140 they want a number and i dont even know what number they handing over neither does the attorney sent attorney all previous proof of payment keep asking now what it is left that wasnt paid. Cell c to send me a statement and call me if there is a valid balance il pay it. If they don't have one i want my name cleared or we taking this to ombudsman and court.
