Bad service

Unfortunately they still couldn't tell me why they are penalizing me for the debit order that "bounced", but still getting their money from the same account two of their consultants said is closed/ frozen. So whatever funny business they are conducting there is costing me R70 extra every month since I bought this contract from them. I have given because their explanation makes no sense to me all. As we speak I was promised yet someone to call me regarding combining all my contracts into one debit order, but no one called. It's now a second day. Cell C is really bad. I am so disappointed that after so many years with them,their service has just gone so bad.
