BAD Service!!!

Cell C keeps rejecting my upgrade stating that I am under debt review. XDS, Experian & Transunion ALLL say NO next to debt review. So where is Cell C getting their information from? I phone and ask them where they get this information from and they cant tell me. I ask to speak to a manager and they cant put me through to a manager, they say a manager will call me back , but they never do!!!! I am SO over this **** now. I think I should just cancel my contract with this useless company!!!
