Bad service

I will never go to this company pathetic service. Contract router cannot connect. I called their call center they dropped the calls and went to their shop in Newtown mall that lady told me to take another contract then wait for 2 months for contract to end then I can connect on new router. I am paying for something that I can not use. Disappointed
