Bad Service
Cell C handed my account over to Shapiro Shaik Defries and Associates due to late payment and now the have doubled what I owe and the interest are very high, this is a **** from Cell C and ripping people

Unfortunately, it is standard procedure for an account to be handed over for being in arrears.
You would have to make contact with them in order to have the account settled.

01 Nov 2020, 10:43This remains as bad service I am not a cell c client that is a year old, I have been with cell c more than two years and the treatment I have received is very ********* handing the account to their partners that treat people unfairly. I am paying more than my intial contract monthly just to insure my name remains clear. Bad service is bad services
