Bad service

Biggest ******, cell c sold me a contract, delivered wrong phone, promised to collect the phone, instead delivered another wrong phone, returned the phones via Ram couriers, but I'm being deducted every month, I now owe R11509 for phones is don't even have and never used. I'm now blacklisted thanks to cell c for phones I don't even have.
