BAD Service

We struggle with signal.We send so many complaints to Cell c offices.They read the mail but do not reply.We want to cancel contract and that is impossible for them to assist us.Everyime they will send a technical guy to test the signal but uptill now nobody phoned us.This morning again they will send an IT guy to test the signal.We struggle since December 2014. Even when we phone them they cannot hear us because of the signal problem<br> <br> We just want to cancel the contract but everytime they will send a techinal guy. I have sow many free minutes every month but cannot use it because of the signal.Every month i spend money for what and i cannot use my free minutes.PLEASE HELP
