Bad Service

My debit date with Cell C is on the 26th of each month you have not debited my account on that date may I ask why ? And now you want to cancel my service. I will take this to hello Peter, do not cancel my service as I pay for it in advance. I will make a payment on the 15th of this month but please debit my account on the 26th of each month because now I did not know if you had not debited my account and this is the second time this is happening.
