Bad service
Am not happy with cell c, I have contract with them on 16 of August they took R2200 from my account they were supposed to take R200 then I called them just to find out what happened then they said they will investigate. On the 20 of September I called again since no one was updating me and the lady gave me reference number *** and said they are still investigating, what surprised me is that their investigation is taking 2 months and they still taking my money. Am very disappointed I don't think I will do contract with them in future 😢😢

This is what I was talking about no one will respond, no one is willing to call me and update me about this issue, but the sad thing is they continue to debit. Maybe someone can advise me here what measures should I take to get respond from cell c because R2000 is a lot of money.
