Bad Service

I booked my phone in last week Wednesday for repairs under reference number CCD366323. Till to date, the phone is still not collected. I keep calling everyday and their consultants always apologize and promise to send collection companies. I wait in the office for nothing. This is inconvinience as I had to cancel meetings outside offices hoping they will come and collect the phone. Unfortunately, I am the one who must call them, they don't give any updates with regards to the collection. I am very disturbed by this kind of service.
