Bad service

Good afternoon It's me and Cell C again. They ended my service again. What their reason is, I don't know because the arrangement that I have made with them is still the same. My payment date for the 7th of every month and says so on my invoice. It go on like this. I can't even call their free numbers. I am using the neighbors data. Help please. Regards Fanie Booysen
