Bad service

Debit order query I have contract with cellc i done upgrade last year November since then cellc has been charged me more I called customer service, I was promised to get call back ,but nobody call me and explain, what happened first I log call with cell c about data usage, no one call back ,to give me a feedback, even today, now it’s debit order ,I want my account to be rectify and corrected to be honest cellc doesn’t respect customers I won’t advise anyone to be cellc client never, cellc it’s undermines customers
