Bad service
I have two contracts with cell c i was behind i paid my account up to date sent them the proof of payment about 4times still they havent fix my line if i phone them there is a lot of stories and i must wait anothet 2 to 3 days i borrow the money to bring my account up to date but cell c still refuse to connect me

14 Apr 2023, 08:19It is a day later still my problem is not resolved after i sent my proof of payment again 4times cell c is the worst provider that i came accross after i have two contracts with them for years i think0 to take my bussniss to another provider if they not going to reconnected my two lines today the numbers are *** and *** because i want to now how many times must i still sent them proof of payment

Kindly be advised that a valid proof of payment needs to be a document from the bank that indicates the payers:- Bank name- Branch Code- Account number- Payment reference used- The amount paid to the recipient The bank statement you have supp**** us with is missing some of the above-mentioned details.
