bad service
i saw a deal on the website for a huawei p smart with a huawei watch for R459 a month as i'm due for an upgrade, called the upgrades dept and was advised that they dont have stock and that i should call a store closest to me, ive called eastgate, festival mall and greenstone mall and no one has this and cannot tell me who does have it the service from the stores and head office is terrible as no one is willing to go the extra mile to assist

The contract I want to upgrade to is R599 per month, cell c has declined to allow me to upgrade to this package as the credit vetting process came ba k negative, everytime I want to upgrade their is this issue yet my cellc account is up to date as has never been in arrears
