Bad Service

I have a problem with cell c deducting more than my premium amount for a few months now and don't understand why, it's not as if I'm using extra services or anything. I am not happy with their service at all and would like to cancel my contract and willing to make payment arrangements to settle the phones. Please contact me ASAP please.
