Bad service

On the 25-02-2020I bought a cell c tablet in march, the tablet didn't work the on off button didn't work... unfortunately i broke the screen I took it back to the store the next day.. and they didn't want to take it and the lady manager but i begged her to take it and let the technician decide... she took she didnt call when the tablet was back. Today I went to the store to enquire about it she gave it back and said they didn't check it because of the brokin screen. My question to her was the problem was not the screen it was the power button and she wouldn't listen... I dont believe she took the tablet for repairs at all, I think she kept it in the store. Im so annoyed by this.. this tablet didn't turn on at all from the day I bought it. and the trainee lady who wsold me this tablet didn't even open and check if everything was working when she sold me the tablet...
