BAD SERVICE
Ms Dlamini from Cell C phoned me about 3 week ago. Did a telephonic upgrade. Spend about half n hour on the phone with her. She called me about 5 times. Heard nothing since. Called Cell C --- THEY CANNOT FIND ANY DETAIL OF MY UPGRADE. WHAT NOW ?????
