Bad service

I called on Saturday and requested for the IMEI Number for my ****** ****** phone and a lady provided me with ***. When I called to confirm if the number is correct as i wanted to log a claim, i was advised that Cell C does not provide such information to clients and the manager by the name of Norman Liuanda promised to pull through the recording and provide feedback by 10:00. when I call to follow up he does not even want to talk to me and i am not even getting the feedback as promised
