Bad service
I'm so so fed up I really need help with this cell c is the worst ever form customer care no help at all I have been struggling for months then they end up blaming me the I did what they say I wonder what there excuse is this month one month they debit my account this month same story they say bank rejected my debit order I must call the bank called the bank they said the is no debit order rejected by them so who is who now I have been trying to get my upgrade but I'm beginning declined because cell c can't do there debit order in time as on contract shame I seriously are very unhappy

29 Jul 2025, 12:29Talk to customer care now they say they had a problem with there debit orders telling me I must make payment 5 days before my debit order date to avoid my score to be effective how the hell can you tell that to a customer and when I talk and when I ask her how can you want to make a customer life harder and make your life easier for telling me I must make payment 5 days before my debit order date she zakele just ignore me and when I ask for a superior she tells me she Wil take my number down every month I have the same problem

31 Jul 2025, 09:31It is 2 days later and still now help from anyone at cell c just yesterday I got call yesterday and told me I will get a call today this morning got a call say wrong customer he still need to follow up with finance seriously the worst service I have ever received is my life it is going on since March this battle and it is no care at all from cell c
