Bad service

On the 17th I bought a R59 home connecta data at Protea Gardens mall, and it was never loaded on my sim card. I went back the following day and the consultant was rude and didn't have time to assist me she was busy on her phone and said they off line , i can go to other branches or come back on monday or tuesday 22.Her name is Zama Buthelezi. On tuesday i went back and she was not at work and when they checked my data was never loaded and I must come back again when she is at work. I've already spent a lot of money for transport. Do we have to go to big malls because we get bad service in our near malls. So in other words I gave Zama my money and never received my data and waisted my transport money. I will never ever go to cell c protea gardens
