Bad Service

I app**** for a new contract telephonically and was approved a month ago. I have still not received my new contract or phone and still have had NO communication from them to notify me on this. They state VERY clearly you will receive your new contract & phone WITHIN 3-7 working days:) What a load of bull! I have no cancelled my contract with them as this is the most disgusting service I have ever received from any company. They keep saying phone back in 48 hours, for what! But guess you are quick to contact people for your money the end of the month but can't have good customer service. SO DISGUSTED! Thanks for nothing CELL C
