Bad service

I am still waiting for someone to call me regarding combining all my 5/five contacts in one debit order in order to avoid Cell C charging me R70 penalty every month, claiming that one of my contracts debit order bounced because my bank account is closed/frozen. It's been almost a week now, and no one has called me to set up this new debit order arrangement. I don't know which department that would be, but obviously they are just as bad as all Cell C's departments.
