Bad Service

I upgraded on a contact from a phone to a Tablet new sim given no activation. After so many calls and promises that someone will call u back no call its been 5 days and still no response. This is really pathetic service. Its sad to think you paying their salaries every month but its like they don't care. I will never recommend anyone to use them.
