BAD SERVICE

I cancelled the contract for *** on the 1 st Of December with an e-mail to [Email Removed] And wrote a follow up e-mail on the 18th of January 2016. This contract is still not cancelled. I am not using the number and want my two month's instalments that were deducted to be refund. I also phoned Cell C and was auured that this contract was cancelled.
