Bad service

We have been struggling with almost non existing signal from Cell C

We have reported it, after a number of days were told, yes we see there is a problem in your area, but we cant do anything about it

Then after writing a review, we received a phone call, explained the whole story again, and were told they will check into it and sort it out

After more than a week after that phone call, we are still without signal, and havent heard any new feedback or resolution

We will have no choice now, but to report it on helo peter

Its unacceptable, we have been loyal clients with cell C for how long, but they obviously dont care about their clients

Our messages are not going through, people cant get hold of us telephonically, and if we have to get hold of someone urgently we will not be able to do so

Surely if they can see there is a problem, why not do something about it?
