bad service

Firstly my wife contacted Cellc making me the contacting party on the contract im using but on her name she asked them that she gives me permission to do all and any decisions on this number but every time i phone they don't want to help me and i must wait till i get home to get the problem solved Then day before yesterday as they did not want to help me my wife phoned and asked that they send me the inv for Dec the lady confirmed the email address but still i have not received it my company pays my cellphone but they cant because i dont get from Cellc What they say they send
