Bad service

I app**** for a contract with Cell C which took close to 2 weeks, first they delivered a wrong hand set to my address before i even got confirmation that my contract was approved or not.<br> <br> On the 24th December I received the correct handset and then contacted the call center to activate it. I was assured by the agent that the handset will be activated within 24 hours. To this day the handset is not active and I have tried to contact them twice already this morning no one is picking up.
