Bad Service

i have my phone for 12 months. in July i had a problem where it was not charging and sent it for repairs to Cell C. after 21 days they gave me a refurbished one and after 5 months i am having the same problem with the refurbished one. i took it back to Cell C Malvern and the lady asked me to call the Call Centre before she can book it in. I call the Call Centre and the lady advised me that she is not sure as to why they asked me to call them as the lady at the store should have booked in my phone. i went back to the store and the lady promised me a loan on Monday the 21st and she will book in my phone. up to date she has not got me a loan phone or have booked in my phone for repairs. Her attitude is bad like she is doing me a favour, not realising that my phone is still under warranty. i am not getting any joy from Cell C to solve my problem.
