Bad service

Ever since I took out 2 contract phones with cell c I have never received any good service or enjoy the benefits of my contract.<br> <br> 1 phone is currently being used by my fianc? it had software problem I took the phone to a cell C store in Menlyn mall but they could not help because their wifi tower was down. I then took the phone to a cell c store in Festival mall in Kempton park the guy could not help.<br> <br> We then took it back then it was booked for repair at a cell C store in festival mall and my fianc? removed the starter pack from the phone when the phone came back she inserted the starter pack only to find out that the number has changed and someone was using the number but not my fianc?. This is a confirmation that the consultant gave to me he then told me that we must block the SIM card for some time then we should do a SIM swap of which with did that and I called Cell C for more than 5 times about the SIM swap issue. I was told on several times that I will be called back and no one has ever help.<br> <br> Then when we were busy with the SIM swap issue the phone started to give me problems again I then took it directly to cell c in Woodmead and it was repaired.
