bad service

today about 11 am I went to cell c outlet in Musgrave centre Durban and asked them to rica a cell c sim for me since I have 3 contracts with them I took my id with me I was told by lady manager name savannah I need to go and get proof of address I told her she can check my contract details and even she can pull out my statement so she can do a rica she refused I didn't believe this kind of service from cell c since I am a loyal Clint<br> now I have decided I will not renew my all contracts but cancel them and I will advise my family and friends to do also<br>
