BAD SERVICE

I changed my contract number 079 to 060 and I requested that they make my 079 prepaid and they didn't instead they deleted my number now I have been calling for a solution to the problem but I have been transferred from 1 department to another and still no solution, they keep giving me Reference numbers but no one calls me back, it's very difficult to deal with a reputable company like Cell C but they can't deal with clients, at least if they can tell me that they are looking into it and they put it as important but no everyone is running away and putting me to another department, I'm so fustrated with their service.
