BAD SERVICE

I have been a cell customer for more then 10 years and every single time you have to phone them for any help of any sort I get frustrated with them. They have no idea about customer service you hold on for ever I have actually the last month that I needed their assist had to hold for 30 minutes on a time then they put you through to the wrong department and you wait another 20 minutes I actually spend an hour holding on for someone to assist me. My phone had to be repaired and cell c had to collect the phone which after holding on for nearly a half an hour and giving them the correct details where to collect the phone they managed to still get it wrong and it took them nearly two weeks to get this right and only after I went crazy and phoned Ram couriers which they use the phone was collected at the correct address. After numerous call even speaking to manager so joy cell c just has no pride and they don't care about their customers each person in cell c has this attitude \not my problem"strange enough they advertise as being good at service. I seriously think they should all go for a customer service course. Now the phone must be redelivered to me and guess what"
