bad service
Went to cell c northgate,got bad service from a lady consultant. I was told they are offline and there's nothing they can do at the very same time they are closing doors at 17h45. The lady was more worried about knocking off than helping with my Sony phone which was recently at their store. After they gave me back my phone I cannot charge the phone. The pin where the charger goes looks as if its offset.<br> I'm due for an upgrade but if customer service is this bad at cell c north gate i 'd rather jump ship.
