bad service

I have reported this about a year ago, instead of Cell C resolving my problem, they handed me over to the lawyers, in short, I took my cell phone for repairs at Southgate branch in a working condition, the only thing that was not working was my BBM, when it came back from repairs, the phone was dead, could not even switch on and I complained and left the phone at the branch, I called the repairs manager several times and could not give a proper answer as to why suddenly my phone is no longer working, I called their call centre several times, after making a few calls one of the agents asked me to go back to the shop and get a written statement from the assistant that singed my phone in to say the phone was in a working condition, the shop looked for the phone and could not find it and eventually they borrowed me an old loan phone, till today I don't know what happened to my phone and the store manager never called me back, I took it upon myself to cancel the contract.
