Bad Service

hi I loaded airtym of R25 and wanted to transfer it all but it only allowed me to share R20 when I wanted to share R5 it said insufficient funds.I phoned your Call Centre and the gut told me try to switch my phone off and try *147*333*the num im sharong the airtym*amount# tried it three times it did the same thing.Dikeledi told me to try the same thing as she can see that there are funds but it did not work.When I phn for the third time Fourtunate said there is no Dileledi working there and she will help me,told her what happened and she said she will ask her Supervisor what to do, when she came back she told me the same thing I told her and for me to repeat the samething was annoyinh I asked her to call her supervisor as for me this was not going anywhere and she because defensive.She told me because of Risk she cant tell me her name and I told her that this is uncalled for then she told me her name Tsaka ne and she could not put me through.The service I received was rude and left a bittee taste in my mouth maybe I should go back to a difderent network where they train their staff to treat customers with respect
