BAD SERVICE

ive been trying for 3 weeks to get my blackberry unblacklisted ive emailed cell c the affidavit.id.copy and unblacklisting form at first they say they havent received it i emailed it again i then called 30.10.2015 i spoke to somaya she acknowledge receipt of these documents and promised they will contact me within 48hrs since i logged thecomplained no one has contacted me once.i called them monday they said the douments is received and my phone will be unblocked by 03.11.2015 i called today to confirm they told me they havent received my documents i dont know what to do anymore and its getting very frustrating please can you help in this matter regards penny
