Bad service

Hi <br> <br> Hi there I have been waiting for my phone ever since from the 06/10/2015 to be repaired as there was a factory fault and I was told that Cell C has replaced it with a new device, I got updates with regards to the device (Huawei Mate 7) that is now coming to Hatfield branch so that I will come and collect it, and since then I have been waiting. I am now running out of patience and which is not fair anymore to be paying for a product which I am not using. I cant wait any longer, and they keep promising that will get it soon.
