Bad service

I put in an order for my wifi router package 14/10/2015, first declined ,second to be informed no stock of the router. <br> I thereafter was forced to chose an alternative package as the previous router was discontinued and still have not received anything yet !! False advertising a package which is discontinued.<br> Seems like cell c only starts working when there's complains posted on social media about there slow service .<br> <br> If my router is not received before the month is over ,I want this contract cancelled as I'm sure I will receive faster service with your competitors.<br> <br> Regards
