BAD SERVICE

I bought a cellc cellphone from pep store carlton centre. The phone develop a problem and I send to pep store for repair as it comes with a 24 months repair guarantee. After four weeks of dropping the phone for repairs I got an sms to say the phone is ready for collection. When I got to the store the lady attendant told me the repair center send the wrong phone to the store that she has request for them to send the right phone that she will call me back. Its 4days afters after visiting the store now. Every time I have to do the calling the store doesn't get back to me on when am getting my phone. The last response I got today after i calling is they investigating the matter and the attendant said she will call me. Knowing that she has told me she will call me before and never called. I actually don't believe her.
