Bad Service

Today was most probably the worst day of my life , I got Hi jacket and my phone ****** , I tried to do a sim swop, However the call centre is useless , 4 times I phoned and they begin with the security Questions Which I answer to the best of my Knowledge and I double check this against my bank statements , and actual calls made these idiots keep on telling me failed the security checks , So know I cant do a sim shop , But the *****s in our country can do what ever they want to , Everybody is ******* it looks like cell c is in on this If you start complaining about there bad service they put down the phone in your ear. Recommendation for cell c -10 , They can not communicate with there customers or assist there customers , So thanx Maartin at the call centre for nothing , You should rather go and sweap the streets , But that you will mess up as well , Very very very bad service
