Bad Service

Salaam Alaikum why the agents are so Bad in service I lost my phone on Saturday MORNING and went to cops asked me about the IME number or if I blocked my phone they will give me some num I said I am too far from home as I am in ALBERTON that moment.

Today I call Cell C explain my problem and being afraid of loosing some of my private information , which includes my company's information.

I got these discussing security quetions from AYANDA TEMBE, KGAOGELO MAKGOPO AND MANAGER PRETTY MALEKE and we are in 4IR, AI times if those poeple whome stole my phone manage to get the confidential information there I am going to sue Cell C.
