Bad service

Hi I have been in contact with cell c for the whole week requesting a simple paid up letter on an account that was settled last year till today no avail. All their agents tell me a different story each time i call, when transfered to their legal department the call goes silent then to the voice rating note. It's friday already i don't even know who will resolve this issues for me.
