Bad service

I lost my job due to Covid pandemic and 2 months ago I went to a cellc store in Malmesbury to have my documents submitted. 2 weeks went by still nou response. I called myself and was told the wrong procedure was followed so I resubmitted my retrenchment documents myself. Weeks went by and still no response. If only I app**** for a new contract I would have been assisted by now but since I would like to make arrangements or have my contract stopped I'm being billed every month still and will be in debt even after all the efforts.
