Hi There
Why am I paying R100 via the call center for 1GB Anytime Data + 2Gb night time data when on my app I can pay R100 for 2Gb anytime Data + 2Gb night time data?
When I called in today I told the agent that I tried twice on the mobile app to add the 2GB + 2GB data but somehow i never received any of the Bundles.
I called the call center to help me because I needed the data only to realize that its only 1GB anytime data?
I want my 2GB because that is what I purchased on the App
