Bad service

So today I went into the Phoenix branch cell c store to do a sim swap , since I was ****** of my belongings. The sales person was so unhelpful it was unbelievable. I even had a case number and an affidavit but she still refuse to even try and help . Cellc should employ people with customer service .this gives Cellc a bad review .
