Bad service

I went to west gate cell c store for upgrade . The lady had no stock for a 3g modern. Toke my number and said she will phone me later that . I went the next day same story. Then two weeks later I get an sms saying I am loyal customer. I get get an early upgrade. I went back to store to find I don't qualify for the upgrade. I showed the lady the sms and she was adamant that I don't qualify for the update . I complained to the manger all of a sudden I was due for 4 upgrades. If cell c is going to businesses .
