Bad Service
Please refer to my complaint posted on 29/09/15 ,A consultant contacted me onthe 30 September and promised to revert back ,I am still waiting!I refuse to pay the outstanding balance,your consultant gave me an outstanding balance of R349 to pay inorder to cancelled the account.I received the notification within 48hours ,3months later I received a phone call that I owe an additional R350 . PLEASE listen to your recording .! and revert back with a decision on the above.
