Bad service

In not more than a month i have experienced another bad service from Cell C and surely no one seems to care, i wonder who is the CEO of this company and does he know how are we treated. I did a sim swop with Cell C and they did it on an incorrect number, on top of that they are going to charge me for that and the last time they could not assist r fix my phone after they kept it for more then 2 weeks.
